Every Ocean Palms piece is printed to order just for you. That means less waste, and it also means your order needs a few days before it ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $4.95 for the first item
- $2.50 for each additional item
Delivery times
- Production: usually 2–5 business days
- Transit: usually 3–8 business days after shipping
These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons such as Black Friday and the holidays can add a few days, so please order early for gifts.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hello@oceanpalmsco.com and we will try to fix it before production starts.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us at hello@oceanpalmsco.com and we will help.
